We will be featuring other services and tasks in the 'how quickly can I find?' tests that we do when assessing site navigation/search and A-Z, as well as performance from mobile phones.

Watch this space for timing of tasks. We expect to start with building control in November, with either lbraries or highways for county councils during the same period before Christmas. The rest of the 'top task' surveys will follow December through March. We expect to follow the same timing as last year with the mobile and search/navigation and A-Z being done in March/April. Accessibility will be slightly later this time (last year it was done in November/December), and will post information when this has been agreed with Digital Accessibility Centre.

Better Connected Live will be held on 27/28 June in Birmingham.
